At ZingPay, we strive to ensure a seamless payment experience for our users. Transactions once processed are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at ZingPay’s discretion.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be applicable under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate transactions due to technical errors.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, subject to verification.
- Failure of a service or payment processing due to system issues on ZingPay’s end.
Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
- Users must provide relevant proof, including transaction details, payment receipts, and a valid reason for the refund.

Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment source.
- ZingPay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Users must first contact ZingPay for dispute resolution before initiating chargebacks with their bank.
- Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or further investigation.
Non-Refundable Transactions
- Payments made for services that have already been availed.
- Transactions processed successfully without any technical failure.
- Refund requests made beyond the stipulated timeframe.
